Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Kino Congo (the 'Provider') and any individual or legal entity wishing to book a transport service (the 'Client') through the kinocongo.com platform.

2. Services

Kino Congo offers two types of service:

• Airport Transfer — pick-up at Ndjili International Airport (Kinshasa), arrival or departure. Fixed price: 80 USD. Fuel included to Gombe.
• Private Driver — a vehicle with dedicated driver for the day. Rate: 125 USD per day. Service hours: 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Fuel is the Client's responsibility.

3. Booking and confirmation

All bookings are made online via the platform's booking form. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the deposit payment (50% of the total amount). A confirmation email is sent to the Client at the address provided at registration.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD). The 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance (50%) must be paid to the Provider at least 48 hours before the service, online or via mobile money.

Published prices are fixed and not subject to negotiation. Additional charges may apply for trips outside Gombe (to be agreed with the Provider before booking).

5. Cancellation and refunds

Any cancellation must be sent by email to hello@kinocongo.com or by WhatsApp to +243 894 886 589.

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the service: full deposit refunded.
• Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% of the deposit refunded.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund.

6. Provider obligations

Kino Congo commits to providing a vehicle in good working order, driven by a professional driver, on time and at the agreed location. In the event of a major obstacle (accident, mechanical failure), the Provider will inform the Client as soon as possible and offer an alternative solution or a full refund.

7. Liability

Kino Congo is not liable for delays caused by external events (traffic, demonstrations, weather, road closures). The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their passengers.

8. Personal data

Data collected at booking (name, email, phone number) is used solely to manage bookings and communicate with the Client. It is not shared with third parties. The Client has the right to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting hello@kinocongo.com.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Kinshasa.
