What's the difference between VIP Meet & Greet and standard assistance?
VIP Meet & Greet includes tarmac access right off the plane, a fast-lane escort through police and passport control, and VIP lounge access. Standard assistance meets you at the arrivals hall exit (or before check-in on departure), without tarmac access or fast-lane.
Can airport assistance be combined with a transfer?
Yes. Airport assistance can be booked on its own or as an add-on to a Business or Executive transfer to or from Gombe.
How do I recognise my agent at the airport?
Your agent waits for you with a name board, in the area agreed for the service you booked. You receive their contact before your flight.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit is paid by Mobile Money once your quote is approved. The balance is settled by Mobile Money no later than 48h before the service.
