DRC's first multi-adventure park in Kimwenza. Zip line, kayak, archery, climbing, canopy. Open Friday–Sunday. Entry $5, all activities $50. 26 km from Gombe.

Leisure park in Lingwala, 4 km from Gombe. Karting, trampolines, Le Yayo restaurant (Congolese cuisine) and events hall for 1,000 people. Open Tue–Sun 12:00–18:00.

Pools, jet-ski, river swimming and a restaurant on the Nsele. One of Kinshasa's best-equipped spots for a full day out with family or friends.

Leisure, dining and accommodation on the Nsele river. A 16 ha island accessible by pirogue, hotel with 23 apartments, Le Malangwa restaurant. Open every day until 22:00.

Leisure centre on the bank of the Congo River in Kinsuka-Pêcheur, Ngaliema. Infinity pool, Congolese restaurant, weekend concerts. Entry $7. 16 km from Gombe.

White sandy beach and rocks on the Congo River, 30 km from central Kinshasa. Hiking in the surrounding hills. Swimming not advised (strong current). 4x4 required.

Kinshasa's first upscale open-air venue, at 3 Avenue De La Justice, Gombe. Kwilu rum cocktails, tropical jazz, afro-reggae. Closed since the 2010s.

Former lakeside leisure site in Kimwenza, Mont-Ngafula. Walking trails, restaurant, boat excursions to Sainte-Marie church. Closed to the public, now a pilgrimage site.
